Ey swayel friends and family of Ecole Heritage Park Middle School,

An update from the Ravens Perch for the start of the 2022-2023 school year. To welcome our new grade 07 students to HPMS, we held a Ravens Perch meet and greet lunch with Bannock Tacos, snacks, and drinks. The Siyaye Yoyes Student Leadership Conference was held this year at Newlands Golf Course, we had the gracious opportunity to join and bring HPMS Indigenous students. The students got to partake in cultural teachings and activities for two days. The Ravens Perch invited Fusion Lacrosse to teach our gym classes.  The history of the game of Lacrosse was shared.  They were taught some basic skills and versed each other in mini drills. We've been more than grateful for the events that have been enjoyed so far and we have some amazing things planned for the new year.
